1. Scope
This policy applies to all customers using iShowGbps cloud VPS, web hosting, game servers, DNS, email, and related services. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
No malware distribution, phishing, credential stuffing, child sexual abuse material, terrorism promotion, or content that violates applicable law. No storage or transmission of pirated software or unlicensed media at scale.
3. Prohibited activity
No unauthorised access to third-party systems, port scanning of external networks without permission, spam (including open-relay mail), cryptocurrency mining without written approval, or resource abuse that degrades shared infrastructure for other customers.
4. Network and security
You are responsible for patching your workloads. Do not attempt to bypass DDoS mitigation, probe our internal networks, or use our services to launch attacks against others. Report vulnerabilities to support@ishowgbps.com rather than exploiting them.
5. Email and messaging
Bulk email requires compliant opt-in lists and working unsubscribe links. We may throttle or block outbound mail that triggers spam blacklists or harms our IP reputation.
6. Game servers
Cheating tools, denial-of-service against other hosts, and harassment campaigns are prohibited. We cooperate with rights holders on DMCA notices for infringing game assets where applicable.
7. Enforcement
We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate services for violations. Serious abuse is reported to authorities where required. Appeals: contact support@ishowgbps.com with your account ID and ticket reference within 14 days of action.
