Account data: name, email, billing address, and authentication identifiers when you register or pay. Service data: server names, domains, DNS records, support tickets, and activity logs needed to run your hosting. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session cookies for security and sign-in.

We process data to provision hosting, process payments, send service notices, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Marketing emails are opt-in only. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Contract performance for hosting delivery. Legitimate interests for fraud prevention, network security, and product improvement. Consent where required for optional cookies or marketing. Legal obligation where tax or law enforcement requests apply.

We use infrastructure and payment providers (including Supabase, Stripe, and email delivery) under data processing agreements. Some subprocessors may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards. See our DPA for business customers.

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for tax and dispute resolution. Support tickets are retained for up to 24 months unless law requires longer. Server logs rotate on a rolling basis.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@ishowgbps.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) or your local supervisory authority.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers under contract (hosting, payments, email) to operate the service. Categories collected include identifiers (name, email), commercial information (plans, invoices), internet activity (security logs), and geolocation derived from IP for fraud prevention.

To exercise your rights, email privacy@ishowgbps.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject. We verify requests before acting. You may designate an authorized agent with written permission. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

We update this policy when practices change. Material updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
