Version 2026-06-10
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, control panel, APIs, virtual servers, storage, networking, DNS, databases, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by iShowGbps ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent ("you" or "Customer"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and account security
You represent that you are at least eighteen years old and have authority to enter this agreement. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and API keys, and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Without limitation, you must not use, facilitate, or allow others to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or promote illegal activity.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, botnet command-and-control, cryptojacking payloads, or other harmful code; conduct unauthorized intrusion, scanning, or exploitation of third-party systems; or host phishing, typosquatting, or deceptive pages designed to steal credentials or personal data.
- Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam), SMS, or messaging campaigns; forge headers or origin data; or operate open relays or services that materially facilitate spam or fraud.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; distribute child sexual abuse material (we report to authorities and preserve evidence); or host content that is illegal where you or your visitors operate, including terrorism glorification or instructions for serious violence where prohibited by law.
- Operate "booter" or DDoS stresser services, coordinate denial-of-service attacks, or use our network to attack others (including outbound floods, reflection, or amplification).
- Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive workloads in a way that degrades shared infrastructure or violates your plan's fair-use limits, unless explicitly permitted in writing for your subscription.
- Host anonymizing proxies or VPN exit nodes for the public without prior written approval, when such use creates disproportionate abuse complaints or law-enforcement burden for us.
- Resell or redistribute the Services in a manner that circumvents our billing, obscures abusive tenants, or misrepresents the origin of traffic, without a written reseller agreement where required.
We may publish or update an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) on our site. The AUP is incorporated by reference. Conflict between documents is resolved in favor of stricter protections for network integrity and legal compliance.
4. Content and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you upload or transmit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Services. You are solely responsible for Customer Content, backups, licensing of software you install, and compliance with laws applicable to your workloads and end users.
5. Copyright and abuse notices
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on our network infringes your rights, send a notice with the information required by applicable law (for example, identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details) to the abuse or legal contact we publish on our site. We may remove or restrict material and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, scan for malware signatures or network abuse patterns, throttle or filter traffic, suspend services, remove content, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services, other customers, or the public, or to comply with law or binding requests from authorities. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to maintain reliability and safety.
7. Fees, trials, and taxes
Paid plans, overages, and add-ons are billed as described at checkout or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
8. Service levels and disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and disaster recovery for data you care about, even if we provide snapshot or backup features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where limitations are prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iShowGbps and its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Customer Content, your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and revising the effective date. Material changes may require additional notice (for example, email or panel notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and close your account.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (fees owed, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
13. Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Athens, Greece have jurisdiction for business disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you a non-waivable right to bring claims elsewhere.
14. Contact
For legal or abuse inquiries, use the contact methods listed on our website or in your control panel (for example, signed-in support tickets). Keep operational and legal notices separate so we can route them quickly.
